Abstract
Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Danxinshu capsules.Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1,notoginsenoside R_1 and tanshinoneⅡA in Danxinshu capsules. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg_1,ginsenoside Rb_1,notoginsenoside R_1 and tanshinoneⅡA were 0.924~9.24,0.736~7.36,0.21~2.10 and 0.04~0.40μg with average recoveries of 100.19% (RSD=1.67%),100.55% (RSD=1.29%), 100.21% (RSD=1.55%) and 100.79% (RSD=1.40%),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Danxinshu capsules.
