Abstract

One hundred of women undergoing urethral polyp electrosection were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were given “Ningbitai Capsule” and Levofloxacin Tablets and control group in which 40 cases were given Levofloxacin Tablet only, with a course of 5-7 days. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate were respectively 78.33% and 93.33% in treatment group, and 65.00% and 82.50% in control group, with significant differences between them (P0.05); the disappearance periods of urinary irritating symptoms and hematuria were shorter in treatment group than in control group (P0.05).
