Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of nitric oxide(nitric oxide,NO) and nitric oxide synthase(nitric oxidesynthetase,NOS) in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by 60min of middle cerebral artery occlusion and followed by 3d reperfusion, after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats model was established,NO/NOS concentration change of serum and brain tissue was determinated by absorption spectrometry. Results NO/NOS content in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats was significantly higher than control group(P0.05).Conclusion NO/NOS may play an important role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
