Abstract

Objective:To probe into the PKRP combined with U100+ laser lithotripsy for treatment of BPH and bladder stones. Methods:Seventeen patients were operated with PKRP and U100+ laser lithotripsy for the BPH and bladder stones at the same time. Results:Of all cases were successfully treated in one operation. The average operation time 95 min.The success rate of lithotripsy was 100%in all cases.Average amount of bleeding being 90 ml,there were no such severe complications as bladder perforation and serious bleeding happening during and after operation. Conclusion:The method is safe, effective and less bleeding,a short time, less trauma, fewer complications for treatment of senile BPH with bladder stones.
