Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Danshensu on blood coagulation' platelet aggregation and hemorheology.Methods Coagulate time(CT) was measured by glass method sheet;turbidimetric method was used to estimate platelet aggregation,hemorheology was measured with heparin as anticoagulant.Results Danshensu markedly prolonged CT,prominently inhibited the platelet aggregation,the whole blood viscosity under high,middle and low shear rates and BSR and index(AI) of HCT,RBC and erythrocyte electrophoretic time.Conclusion These results suggest that Danshensu has potent anticoagulant by inhibiting platelet aggregation and improving hemorheology.
