Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway on group health examination, and to standardize nursing behaviors during group health examination. Methods People undergoing group health examination were divided into conventional management group to receive the routine management and method of health examination and clinical pathway management group to receive the management and method of clinical pathway.Comparisons were conducted in the differences of satisfaction, physical examination defect incidence(missing probability, untimely collection of examination results, late reporting, etc.) and physical examination process indicators. Results The satisfaction rate was significantly higher, the examination defect rate was significantly lower and the examination process was significantly faster in clinical pathway management group than those in the conventional group(P0.01).Conclusion Clinical pathway management in group health examination can elevate the medical work efficiency, reduce the incidence of physical examination defects and improve the satisfaction of health examination.
