Abstract

Objective To compare efficacy of lobectomy traditional incision, axillary incision and with a small incision VATS.Methods All index of the traditional posterolateral incision, axillary incision and VATS lobectomy small incision in the patient's operative time, blood loss, postoperative 3d chest drainage, drainage tube indwelling time, postoperative pain intensity 1d score, duration of hospitalization, the incidence of complications were compared respectively. Results Blood loss, postoperative 3d chest drainage, drainage tube indwelling time, postoperative pain intensity scores 1d,hospital stay, incidence of complications of Assisted thoracic small incision group was significantly differences compareing with than axillary incision with the traditional incision group(P0.05).Conclusion Lobectomy used in assisted thoracic small incision will be better than the traditional surgical approach.
