Abstract

The demand for logistics talents is growing.In order to better meet the needs of the community,This paper discusses the training problem of logistics management application talents of this one heat,and analyzes the meaning and the knowledge structure of logistics management application talents,and deeply thinks about the problems existing in the talents training mode,and finally puts forward five concrete countermeasures for the logistics management application talents of training mode.The article provides the reference for the University.
