Abstract
The present condition of logistics talents during the period of 12th five-year-plan is that the overall quality of logistics talents is low,the breach in logistics talents is very large in Liaoning,and logistics talents cultivated by universities and colleges cannot satisfy social development.Therefore,this paper puts forward strategy of practical logistics talents' cultivation during the period of 12th five-year-plan.It should establish scientific and reasonable talents' cultivating system,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.It should deepen college-enterprise cooperation to promote the platform of logistics development.It should optimize city supporting function,and drive city construction better to promote the competition of regional economic development.
