Abstract

Inadequate capabilities of logistics graduates have presented a challenge for the existing teaching model of universities.This paper analyzes the core professional capabilities and knowledge structure for modern logistics management talents.Finally,the paper discusses the innovative ways of teaching mode for logistics management talents in finance and economics university.
