Confucian Sources for the Spirit of Chinese Sports

Abstract

Chinese sports spirit roots in the Chinese humane environment. This paper aims at exploring the Confucian cultural roots in Chinese sports spirit,pointing out that Chinese sports spirit is a unity of moral-advocated spirit,self-reliance spirit and patriotism,so as to be helpful in cultivating Chinese sports spirit,national spirit and Olympic spirit.
