Re-construction of Chinese sports spirit

Abstract

The idea of the Chinese sports spirit was proposed in the 1980s during the tide of motivating the national spirit through sports.Nevertheless,the proposal was not much noticed because of the lack of humanistic spirit and the proper interpretation of its content.Therefore,it is necessary to re-construct the Chinese sports spirit,based on the general value formed by western humanism and the ideology of harmonious development inherited by Chinese civilization.
