Modified Inferior Triangular Flap Method Combined with L Flap in Unilateral Cleft Lip Repair.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the modified inferior triangular flap method combined with L flap method in the treatment unilateral cleft lip repair.Methods: The mark point systems of columella base and injured alar base were analysed with geometric principle.We advocated the modified inferior triangular flap method following geometric principle to combine with L flap method in injured lip unilateral cleft lip and nose repair.Results: It was found that the function was satisfactory.Symmetry was recovered,and the recovery rate was more than ninety percent.Conclusion: This technique is an available method to repair the cleft lip for its definite mark point and strict theory base.
