Abstract

Through studying the effects of root system pruning and combined with different chemical treatment on transplanting survival rate of grape plantlets in vitro under different environment.The results showed that pruning root system combined with transplanting grape plantlets in vitro,besides,using ASP 600 mg/kg replace ABT 100 mg/kg,which could proper enhance root growing and improve transplanting survival rate,and could reduce the production cost of industrial seedling of grape plantlets in vitro.
