Abstract
The ideological and political education is a unique model of socialization in China.The serving of its functions is a key to the realization of its efficiency and the value.Its Value is a exist rationalization based on the functions of the ideological and political education which influences the social life.So its value and its function link together as the value is based on the function and the function has practical valuable.Both of the function and the value are finite and contemporary.
