Needs as Human Basis for the Value Generation of Ideologicol and Political Education

Human beings differ from animals mainly in the particularity of human needs and their mode of satisfaction.However,in the real practical activities,human needs are not on the same level.They form a hierarchical structure with certain tension between different levels of needs.The historical changes of this structure are expressed in the change of the tension relationship between different levels of needs.The needs of value subject are closely related to the generation of the value of ideological and political education.Needs are prerequisite to forming the interaction between the subject and object of value.It is in the pursuit of constantly meeting human and social needs that ideological and political education achieves its value.Without human and socia1needs,ideological and political educatbn would be alienated into a simple tool ,losing its various kinds of value and putting an end to the future development of ideological and political education.Therefore,in this sense,needs are human basis for the value generation of ideological and political education.
