Clinical Effect of the Laryngeal Cough Treated with Xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and Combined Western Medicine

Abstract

Objective:In the study,we observe the clinical effect of the laryngeal cough treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and combined western medicine.Methods:We divided 100 outpatients into two group at randomly in which are treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=60) was treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with ketotifen with western medicine glycyrrhiza combinations 2 tab,Dextromethorhpan tablets 15mg,three times per day and ketotifen tablets 1mg,two times per day.Both of the two groups went through 1~2 treatment course.Clinical two times per day.Both of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%.That in the control group were 77.0%.The results were statistically analyzed.There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:There is a definite effect that xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with tablet ketotifen treat laryngeal cough.
