Abstract
Objective:To explore the character of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) combined hypertension. Methods:The 85 OSAHS patients were randomly divided into OSAHS combined hypertension group(hypertension group,50 cases)and control group(no-combined hypertension group,35 cases). The correlated index was analyzed between two groups. Results:Compared with control group, the apnea hyponea index(AHI) significantly increased(P0.01);the average pulse oxygen satulation(SpO2) and lowest SpO2 significantly decreased(P0.05);the obstructive apnea index(OAI)of rapid eye movement sleep(REM)significantly increased(P0.01) in hypertension group.Variance test show that BMI was significant factor for significant difference of AHI in two groups(F=22.12,P0.01).Logistic regression analysis show that risk factor of hypertension was AHI(β=6.828,OR=1.017,P0.01),age(β=8.590,OR=1.048,P0.01),BMI(β=4.467,OR=1.118,P0.05).Conclusion:The sleep-disordered breathing and nocturnal hyoxemia are more severity in OSAHS patient with hypertension.
