Abstract

Objective To analyze the hypertension associated with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) characteristics of sleepdisordered breathing and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods Analysis for diagnosis of OSAHS patients,45 patients with hypertension and 32 cases of non-hypertensive patients with base case and night oxygen levels, sleep structure and sleep disturbance factors as well as in patients with OSAHS of risk factors for hypertension。Results Hypertension sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) higher than non-patients with hypertension, body mass index (BMI) between the two groups is a cause of sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) significant differences in the factors. At night between the two groups the average difference between SaO2 and lowest SaO2 was no significant (p 0.05),sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) is caused by a significant factor in hypoxia at night.OSAHS patients with hypertension risk factors AHI,age,BMI.Conclusion OSAHS patients with hypertension associated with sleep-disordered breathing have heavier levels, while the nocturnal hypoxemia and hypertension, but with the sleepdisordered breathing severity.Age,obesity and sleep-disordered breathing in patients with OSAHS severity of hypertension risk factors.
