An Analysis of the Innovation on the Supply Mode of Public Goods in New Rural Construction——Site Investigation and Research in Hebei Anxin

The three modes of the public goods supply in rural area,namely,government-advocated mode,market-oriented mode and the third part mode,have their own advantages and weaknesses,as well as their applicability and effectiveness.Based on the site investigation and research of the good supply of public goods in rural area in Anxin County,Hebei province in recent years,the author raises a new mode named Villager Committee Rural Household,and then elaborates on its operating system, its extemal internal environment and its advantages and weaknesses.
