Game Analysis on Short Supply of Public Goods in Rural Area——Based on the Investigation in 156 Natural Villages of Hebei Province

The urban-rural dual economic structure is gradually formed after years of evolution in China,which resulted in inadequate supply of public goods in rural area.It can not meet the production and living needs,which will obstacle the construction of harmonious society and new rural.By the field investigation in 156 natural villages of Hebei province,the analytical frame of the game theory was used to analysis the game relations among the central government,local government and peasant household in supplying of public goods.In order to solve the issue,the government should increase their support to strength on countryside,clear responsibilities and power in public goods construction and using and perfect democratic decision system in rural area.
