Abstract

There are three kinds of supply modes of public goods in rural areas in China,including government guidance mode,marketization mode and the third sector mode.Each of them has their advantages and disadvantages,and their applicability and effectiveness are different.Based the investigation in Xinan county of Baoding in Hebei province in recent years,a new supply mode of public goods in rural areas in China is proposed by the author,that is,to combine villagers'committee with individual households,and a detailed description on the mode is made by the author.
