Effects of Ulinastatin associate with Shenmai Injection on Patients with Acute Lung Injury

Objective To observe the effects of ulinastatin associated with Shenmai Injection on patients with acute lung injury.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into control group(30) and trial group(30).Both groups received conventional therapy.The trial group received additional ulinastatin associate with Shenmai Injection.Clinical effects,respiratory rate(RR),index of blood gas analysis were observed before and after treatment.The changes of TNF-αand SOD were tested at different time.Results Clinical effects in trial group were better than those in control group.After 3 days of treatment,the RR,PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in trial group were better than those in control group.With the time of therpy prolonged,TNF-αand SOD showed a downtrend.TNF-αin trial group decreased more significantly than that in control group;The activity of SOD in trial group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Shenmai Injection had significant clinical effects on treating patients with ALI,and they can inhibit inflammatory factors and oxyradica.
