Effects of Edaravone Associate with Ulinastatin in Patients with Acute Lung Injury

Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone associate with ulinastatin on lung protection,inflammatory factors and oxyradica in patients with acute lung injury.Methods 60 ALI patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group.The control group received conventional therapy.The trial group received additional edaravone associate with ulinastatin.Respiratory rate(RR),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2) were observed before and after treatment.The changes of IL-6,TNF-αand SOD were tested at different time.Results After treating 3 days,the RR,PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in trial group were better than in control group(P0.05).Comparing the TNF-α and IL-6 after treating 1,3,5,7 days,there were significance difference between the trial group and control group(P0.05).What′s more,with the time of therpy prolonged,TNF-αand IL-6 showed a downtrend.Before and after treating,SOD showed a downtrend in both groups.But the activity of SOD in trial group was higher than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with ulinastatin can inhibit inflammatory factors and oxyradica while treating patients with ALI,and can relieve the injury induced by excess nflammatory reaction lipid peroxidation.
