Abstract

Objective: To investigate the quality of life and the affecting factors of the maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method: The quality of life and the affecting factors of 61 maintenance hemodialysis patients were assessed by SF-36?SDS?SSRS and Family APGAR.Result: The quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients was relatively bad;The scores of PF(limitation in physical activities)?RP(limitation in usual role activities because of physical health problems)?vigour and SF(limitation in social activities) in MHD patients were markedly lower than those in patients with urinary and genital disease. Conclusion: The quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients was relatively bad;The depression and the society support were the two main affecting factors influencing the quality of life of the maintenance hemodialysis patients.
