Clinical Observation of Astragalus injection combined with Trimetazidine in Treating 60 cases of Acute Viral Myocarditis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of astragalus injection combined with Trimetazidine in treating acute viral myocarditis.Methods 60 patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group was 30 patients.Control group cases were received conventional therapy alone and on the basis treatment,the treatment group cases were added 30 mL Astragalus injection plus 250 mL 10% glucose injection Qdivgtt.2 weeks,trimetazidine per 20 mg,Tid po.8 weeks.It was observed before and after treatment that the clinical effect,ECG changes and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,It was better than the control group 66.7%(P 0.05).ECG ST-T changes in treatment group were better than the control group(P 0.05).There was not found adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined Astragalus could be used as first-line treatment of acute viral myocarditis drugs.
