Clinical analysis of Astragalus Injection as an auxiliary therapy in viral myocarditis in children

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Astragalus Injection as an auxiliary therapy in viral myocarditis in children.Methods: 66 patients hospitalized children with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases) and control group(33 cases),control group with conventional treatment,in treatment group were added by Astragalus Injection intravenous infusion,change of clinical symptoms,ECG,myocardial zymogram and other indicators of two groups were observed.Results: Total effective rate of treatment group was 93.94%,total effective rate of control group was 72.73%,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion: Astragalus Injection for the treatment of viral mycocarditis can improve the efficacy and has no obvious adverse reactions.
