Clinical effects of puerarln injection with astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the clinical of puerarln injection with astragalus injection in thc treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods A total of102cases with viral myocarditis was randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=52).The treatment group was treated with puerarln injection and astragalus injection drip once a day,while the control group was treated with astragatus alone intravenous drip once a day,a course of treatment in two group was10～20days.The clinical effects were evaluated by the patients symptom,physical examination,the volume of heart,ECG and the enzymogram of cardiac muscle.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was96.0%and it was86.7%in the control group.The difference was sig-nificant between two groups(p0.01).
