Abstract
Objective: To observe the protective effect of the Zicaodahuang mixture of different concentration on liver injury by CCl 4 .Methods:The model of liver injury caused by CCl 4 was used and measured the levels of ALT and AST of high and low dosis Zicaodahuang mixture to liver injury.ALT and AST levels were measured in liver injury caused by Zicaodahuang mixture at higher or lower dose,and histopathology of the liver was observed.Results: Zicaodahuang mixture,just like Lianbenshuangzhi,could decreased serum ALT and AST (P0.01) in liver injury in mice caused by CCl 4 and decrease the histopathological injury of CCl 4 to liver.Conclusion:Zicaodahuang mixture had obviously protective effects on experimental liver injury in mice.
