Abstract

Objective:To study the protective effect of DYJHGF on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice. Methods: DYJHGF was administered by pouring it into stomachs of mice for seven days preventatively, and then, acute liver injury model was induced by CCl4.ALT and AST activities were measured.ResuLts:Different concentrations of the DYJHGF significantly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST(P0.05),and lighten the extent of degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion: DYJHGF showed protective effects on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice significantly.
