Abstract
Objective Observing the clinical efficacy of different treatment to patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The diabetic patients who treated from January 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. They were treated with Western medicine or Integrative medicine.Observing the clinical efficacy of different treatment. Results After treatment, the 24-hour urine protein,BUN,Scr of the observation group were decreased significantly than the control group with statistical significance(P0.05).The FPG and 2 hPG of the observed group were decreased significantly than the control group with statistical significance(P0.05).In the observation group, the total effective rate was 92.86%;In the control group, the total effective rate was 73.81%;There was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment for diabetic nephropathy has a better therapeutic effect,it is worth promoting.
