Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating early diabetic nephropathy with integrative medicine.Method:All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group had 42 patients and the control group had 30 cases,the control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group received added treatment of TangShenBao based on the control group,2 times 1 day,orally;observed the efficacy after treatment for 12 weeks.Result:The treatment group significantly better than the control group by comparing the symptoms efficacy of TCM,the clinical efficacy of western medicine and detection index before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of treating early diabetic nephropathy with integrative medicine is significant and worthy of further promotion.
