Abstract

Objective: To establish a microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of aluminum surface food system approach. Methods:After microwave digestion of samples by using GFAAS in foods across the system to determine the aluminum. Results:The linear range of 5~80 μg/L,a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.Characteristics of aluminum concentration 5.70 μg/L,Flour food determination of Al,the average recovery was 96%~104%,RSD 0.9%~3.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple sample preparation, rapid, and with less reagent, test results of high accuracy, precision, and surface system to meet food requirements of the determination of aluminum,it is worth to promote the use of.
