On New Conflict in Birth Control and Chinese Population

Based on the demographic data,by means of the Theory in sociology and economics and so on,the paper researched the current population problem in our country under birth control from the view of dynamic structure.It showed that under the condition of strict birth control in long time,China has formed the ultra-low birth level.And it would face the risk that the Green and yellow have not joined in generational population balance,the total quantity of population would be sharply reduced,the structure of population would be exacerbated quickly,and the population in policy would be invertible development.It has brought in serious challenge for the vital happiness,the harmonious and sustained development in economy and society,and long flourish in nationality and country,therefore China should consider opening birth control properly.
