Review the Current Birth-control Policy from the Status Quo of Population in China

Since 1990s, Chinese population has entered the posterity population period under the low birth level condition. However, the completion of population change does not mean the solution of the problem of Chinese population, nor the ease of the population pressure, nor the ending of the birth -control policy. On the contrary, the problem of population has been more complicated, diversified and concealed. Faced with the new social development and population change, we should adjust the current birth-control policy at the right time.
