Research on the Implementation of Teachers' Specialization in China

Abstract

The integral level of teachers specialization construction in our country is still relatively low and the system and environment suitable for teacher's specialization is still not perfect. So, structure integrated teacher's education system; Set up open teachers' education system; Consolidating and improving the social status of teachers; Cultivate research teachers; Structure perfect student teacher apprenticeship system in teachers' specialization; Reform teacher educational course, strengthen education discipline construction. It is the urgent task in front of us to advance teachers' specialized process actively.
