Abstract
With the recognition of the improvement of the teachers' specialization,the specialization training to teachers seems to be a very important task in society.The borrowing of research fruits home and abroad,the determination of the standard of teachers' specialization,and the reform of the teachers' specialization training and the improvement of the thinking ways for work,are the fundamental content to realize teachers' specialization.
