Abstract

The specialization of the teachers has been of the great concern of the pedagogic education of the 21st century.It is believed to be the crucial point to improve the quality of education.The obligation of the pedagogic education is to cultivate the teachers who are well trained and up to the standard of specialization.It is only the specialization of the teachers that can realize the specialization of teaching and education.
