Abstract
Analyzed rural talents in China and its dynamic change trend after the reform and opening up,came to the talent development in rural China was improving the external environment,internal dynamic growing,as the construction of new socialist rural areas continued to deepen,gathering force and attractive to talents were increasing in rural areas,rural talent soon entered a period of development.
