Abstract
Building a new socialist countryside is a major task of China in quite a long period of time,but also an important means to solve the Three- rural- issue and build a well- off society.Farmers,especially rural women,are the main force in building a new socialist countryside. New rural construction is inseparable from the participation of rural women,and their quality directly affects the speed of new rural construction process. So it is very significant to strengthen the rural women's education for the construction of the new socialist countryside and the building of a well- off society and promoting the development of the society.
