Clinical application of porcelain veneer in anterior teeth aesthetic restoration

Objective To evaluate the clinical restorative effect of the porcelain veneers. Methods Porcelain veneers was applied to 135 teeth of 65 patients. The follow up time was 18 months. The factors of evaluation included the integrity of restoration,gingival health,color match and postoperative sensitivity. Results One hundred and twenty five veneers were satisfactory,10 veneers were acceptable. The satisfactory rate was 92. 0%,the success rate was 100%.Conclusion With strict control of indications,porcelain veneers has good effects in the anterior aesthetic restoration.
