Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect for automatic hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of mild or moderate hemorrhoids. Methods 600 cases with mild or moderate hemorrhoids were chosen, and they were randomly divided into comparable groups. The observation group was of 310 cases, which were given automatic hemorrhoids ligation. The control group of 290 cases was given microwave radiation treatment. The treatment effect, treatment time, wound healing time, recurrence of bleeding and edema were taken for statistics and comparison. Results The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The treatment time and wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. The postoperative hemorrhage, edema and recurrence caught in the observation group were significantly less than the control group. The above indicators in the differences between the two groups were clear and statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Patients with mild or moderate hemorrhoids ligation took the treatment of hemorrhoids using automatic, was safe and effective.
