Therapeutical effect of RPH plus injection of sclerosing agent for the treatment of mild-moderate hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids(RPH) plus injection of sclerosing agent in treating mild-moderate hemorrhoids.Methods: The clinical material of 73 cases of mild-moderate hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively.The curative effects,complications and satisfaction degree of patients were observed.Results: The average operation duration was 12 minutes.All symptoms of mild-moderate hemorrhoids were improved.The patients were followed up for 6 months and no complications were found.The recovery rate was 91.8%,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids plus injection of sclerosing agent is efficacious for hemorrhoids and no need of anesthesia and hospitalization.The procedure is simple and painless without any complications.
