Clinical observation of Shaobei injection in the treatment of two,three internal hemorrhoids:on 180 cases report

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaobei injection in the treatment of two,three internal hemorrhoids.Methods 160 cases patients with two,three internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 80 cases.Treatment group were treated by Shaobei injection,control group were treated by Xiaozhiling injection.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The cure rate of treatment group(70.0%)was higher than that of control group(51.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence rate of local sclerosis and the total incidence rate of adverse reaction of treatment group were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Shaobei injection in the treatment of two,three internal hemorrhoids is safe and effective.
