Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qingganlishi decoction on the patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and hepatochlic hygropyrexia syndrome.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Each patient in the 2 groups was treated with Qingganlishi decoction or western medicine lamivudine.The clinical effects were compared after 1-month treatment.Results As compared with western medicine group,Qingganlishi decoction showed no significant difference in therapeutic effects(P0.05),but the improvement in symptoms and hepatochlic hygropyrexia syndrome seems to be significant in Qingganlishi decoction group(P 0.05).Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine Qingganlishi decoction is effective on CHB patients associated with hepatochlic hygropyrexia syndrome.
