Observation of Baogan decoction on 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baogan decoction on patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 146 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in the treatment group were administrated with Baogan decoctionl.46 patients in the control group were given Aotaile decoction and Hepatocyte Growthpromoting Factors injection.The therapeutic effect was observed in 3 months in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 86.3% in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The Baogan decoction has a definite effec on chronic hepatitis B.
