Treatment of 65 Cases Chronic Hepatitis B with Qiguishedan Decoction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qiguishedan decoction treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods Divide the patients with chronic hepatitis B into two groups randomly.65 cases in the treatment group took Qiguishedan decoction,30 days as a course of treatment,after 2～3 courses then reexamine the liver function and the index of hepatitis B.While the control group of 32 cases took the Yiganling troche and Shushe compound troche, with the same course of treatment as the treatment group. Results The total response rate of the treatment group was 87.7%,while the control group 59.8%,there was obvious difference (P0.01). Conclusion Qiguishedandecoction can supplement the vital energy and nourish the spleen ,clear away heat and toxic materials,arefaction and disperse blood starin ,its effect is good.
