Some Thoughts on Constructing Criminal Punishing System of Unit Crimes in China

The Criminal Law of the R.P.C merely prescribes pecuniary penalty to punish the unit which commits crimes,but the pecuniary penalty is too simplistic to fight against or prevent crimes committed by units.Therefore,it's of vital importance to construct a criminal punishing system that applies to units on the foundation of the system applies to nature persons.This system shall consists of two parts,namely,the principle punishments including criminal bankruptcy,prohibitions for practicing,suspending business for internal rectification,etc,and supplementary punishments made up of fine,confiscation of properties,stripping of honorary titles,etc.
