ON KINDS OF PUNISHMENT APPLIED TO A CRIMINAL UNIT

Abstract

Establishment and application of kinds of punishment have influence on the prevention of a crime committed by a unit and the fulfillment of justice in punishing criminal unit. After having analysed the advantages and shortcomings of the current pecuniary penalty applied to a criminal unit, the article gives my own proposals of improvement in it, and then it discusses the new kinds of punishment which include honor penalty.
