The Study of Problems and Solutions about the Land Expropriation System in China

Abstract
By the end of 2014,General Framework Program of Land Reform has been submitted to the State Council,in which the pilot program of land expropriation attract tremendous attention. The study analyzes the problems with the land expropriation system in China: public interest definition is not clear,compensation mechanism of land expropriation is unreasonable,the problems of the land-expropriation farmers,government failure. Several countermeasures for perfecting land expropriation compensation mechanism were put forward,such as improving compensation standard,operating diversified compensation way,establishing peripheral supporting system.
